Gold Optimization Spreadsheet v.1.3

Changes:
 - BUG: quick navigation with island image in ISLAND broken => fix!
 - Change timescale in GOLD vs TIME from 48 to 24h
 - Add Lost Island
 - Add Island vs Gold over time graph on DASHBOARD
 - Change island image in ISLAND to include Lost Island

    Great work

    - Can't open it in Excel 2007, Problem when I want to open it in Excel 2010
    - Can't select boosters

      Thanks Joey. I can't test it on 2007 as I only have 2010 available. Could describe the problem when opening it with 2010?
      For the boosters, I noticed the issue, it will be fixed in the next update. Sorry about that.
